How to cancel Jet2
What its contract says about leaving.
We read the Jet2 terms on 28 April 2026. The company may have changed them since, and your contract may be different.
What the contract says about leaving
- Date and destination changes effectively impossible without rebookingUnlike full-service airlines, Jet2.com does not offer a paid 'change' on most fares (you have to cancel (forfeiting the fare) and rebook at the new live price). Plan dates carefully at booking.
This page does not explain how Jet2 handles cancelling (by phone, on its website or with a form). For that, see the company's own page.
This is not legal advice. It is a summary, made with the help of AI, of the terms the company publishes.
